Agreement and accounts
These terms govern use of SafetyLinQ’s website, iOS app, and organization-managed services. Access is limited to authorized users under the agreement between SafetyLinQ and the participating organization. Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and notify your administrator or SafetyLinQ promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Permitted use
Use the services only for lawful, authorized venue-safety and operations purposes. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, probe another customer’s data, misuse camera or device information, upload malicious content, or reverse engineer the services except where applicable law expressly permits it. Your organization is responsible for user access, configuration, and lawful use of operational and camera information.
Safety information
SafetyLinQ supports operational awareness; it is not an emergency service, alarm-monitoring service, or substitute for official alerts, trained judgment, emergency plans, or calling 911. Device detections, maps, weather, radar, lightning, cameras, and automated status indicators can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Follow your organization’s procedures and authoritative public-safety sources.
Third-party services and purchases
Maps, weather, radar, lightning, cameras, analytics, and payment features may depend on third-party services governed by their own terms. SnackTime, where enabled, offers physical food and beverage items; Square processes checkout. Prices, availability, fulfillment, refunds, and venue rules shown at the time of order apply. No digital SafetyLinQ subscription or feature access is sold in the iOS app.
Availability and responsibility
Services may be changed, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, or causes outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available and SafetyLinQ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Contract terms with your organization control if they conflict with this public summary.
